Dukat.bet roulette: wheel types and payout interpretation

Compare roulette variants, understand payout notation and separate a wheel result from the total amount staked across the table.

The wheel defines the possible outcomes

Do not identify a roulette variant only by its red-and-black betting layout. The number of zero pockets and any special rules change the set of outcomes and the treatment of bets. Read the wheel description and payout table in the actual game. A live video and a digital presentation can both use roulette mechanics, but their interface timing differs.

For a conventional single-zero wheel, there are 37 pockets. A straight-up bet covers one pocket. The commonly stated 35:1 payout describes profit relative to stake; it is different from a total return including the original stake. This is a general mathematical explanation, not confirmation that every Dukat roulette table uses those rules. Special multiplier tables need their own paytable.

A payout ratio is not the probability of winning

A larger payout usually corresponds to a narrower covered set in conventional roulette. Betting on several positions can cover more outcomes but also increases total money at risk. If you place one unit on three different numbers, the round costs three units, not one. Evaluate any resulting payment against the complete stake rather than only the chip on the winning position.

Outside bets can look simpler because they group many pockets, but zero treatment still matters. A red/black label alone does not describe all rules. Optional insurance-like features or special zero rules should be read exactly as written. Do not assume a rule from another table applies because the layout is visually familiar.

Previous colours do not create a due result

A displayed history is a record of earlier outcomes, not a schedule of future colours. In an independent-round model, a run of red outcomes does not make black owed on the next spin. Stake progressions do not remove the house edge or the possibility of reaching a spending limit. Keep the distinction between describing a sequence and predicting the next result.

At a live table, confirm the accepted chips before the window closes and consult round history after interruptions. Check bonus eligibility separately: a table available for cash play can contribute nothing to a slot promotion. Our live and wagering guides address those account-level questions, while this page explains how to read the roulette proposition itself.

Read the wheel and payout table as one ruleset

The wheel layout and the payout table belong together. A familiar red-and-black betting grid does not establish whether the table uses a single zero, another wheel arrangement or a special multiplier feature. A branded variant can modify how outcomes are rewarded while preserving much of the familiar interface. Confirm the specific table before applying expectations from another roulette game.

At a live table, the accepted-bet confirmation matters more than a tap on the screen. Betting closes for a round, and late input may apply differently or not be accepted. Check the recorded stake before assuming participation. A sequence of red or black results is a record of completed rounds; it does not create an obligation for the next outcome to balance the sequence.
